These terms define the rights and obligations of the Seller and its customers – consumers, sole traders and legal entities (collectively the "Buyer"). All contracts are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Relationships not regulated herein are subject to the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act when the Buyer is a consumer.

The Seller and the Buyer agree that any disputes will be finally settled by the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic by a sole arbitrator appointed from its list of arbitrators.
