One day of GET HIGH RETREAT includes: 3 MEALS per day Our delicious and healthy meals are served in the bright, open-plan communal kitchen, or outside on the patio, with wonderful views over the Atlantic ocean and local mountain ranges. ACCOMODATION Retreat takes place on the beautiful island of Tenerife, in a multi-functional space at altitude of 1 066 m AMSL, which provides for accommodation, classes, and workshops. SUNRISE FREESTYLE YOGA Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility, helps you to manage stress, benefits heart health and it simply means more energy and brighter moods. The spectacular view of the sun rising over Gran Canaria from our yoga room will be an unforgettable memory from your stay! CAVE MEDITATION Our cave is surrounded by earth on 3 sides and benefits from that natural insulation. The fresh smell of wood will help you to clear your mind and dive deeply into your own meditation. It is south facing, thus maintaining a fairly constant temperature all year round with minimal use of resources for lighting, heating and cooling. CAT THERAPY Cats are proven calming elements. Stroking cats releases endorphins, relieves stress, calms the nerves, and just plain feels good. Our two feline therapists, Rose and Vendy are experienced in the art of helping people find peace. They love visitors and are happy to help our guests relax. We have treats you can feed them – they love the personal touch, and will gladly nibble from your hand.
